Learning Leadship

This year I am pushed to lead a group of people to work on my project. I'm hesitating and scared of being with this group because I suffered a lot from them in the past years.
But either I screw it up or I conquer it. Of course I choose the latter because I have no other choice.
So to make myself ready for this, this is the first time I get started on the word "leadership".
Thank god that I have heared of Toastmaster to inspire me on this. It's really a good place to learn leadership.

I love you Ruanda --- the new hot mummy!

Every spring festival keeps reminding me for the life I had in Kunshan when I was a teenager.

To all the people I know in Kunshan:

The life I've spent with you is the most appreciated part in all my life. I have not realized that how nice you are to me until today. I'm sorry for my words or my behavior which may hurt you a lot at that time. I didn't mean that. I was an ambitious teenager who was fighting for nothing and dreaming myself as the one should be loved by all.
You may not be able to imagine how I was growing during the past 10 years. But all I would like you to know is that I grew up to a true fighter. I really enjoyed the hard time I've gone through because it made me realize how great you are.

I'll love you and learn from you for the rest of my life.

You may not see my words here but my wishes to you will be around...

卡夫卡的《变形记》

今天翻出《变形记》，看完了。想象力留在纸上，只要会阅读，永远不会它落时。不像电影，时间久了，拍摄手法，胶片不同，会觉得过时。但在纸上，只要文字相同，无人演绎，也能充分领会。

好吧，我来为《变形记》做一个美剧式的旁白:
"You are gone from their lives. You have to realize it. Things are different. Just move on! They have to move on as well. It's not anyone's fault becuse things are just changing."

I have admitted that I am born to be a fighter, not a loser.

I have stopped dreaming to be a loser or some angel that deserved to be protected.

I'm a fighter, which means I have no excuses to escape from anything.

Though a fighter's life is more tough than others, this is my life and I have no choice.

What I'm keeping telling myself is: Live Brave! Live Brave! Live Brave!

I am going to cry from time to time. But everytime after it, I can stand up and fight stronger.

This is not my choice. It's just my fate. The only thing I could do is: Be a great fighter!

My 2008, it's a year I live in my own world. I am longly but peaceful. I apprciated the days I have experienced because I haven't missed anything.
